| ok... I played Basketball for the 1st time in months last night. Steve Ross called me the other day and he wanted to get some college guys together and scrimmage his highschool basketball team. So the "old guys" team was JB, Chris Flanagan, Greg Ross, Michael Connolly, and myself. It was so much fun playing basketball again. We won, so we went to the local trucker stop up at exit 63 off of I-85 and ate at the Subway there. It totaly brought me back to highschool B-ball at CCS... good times. After listening to Joe's Message on Sunday, I felt the need to read Romans 8:28 in my QT this morning. Joe spoke on putting my faith in God and not my circumstances. Romans 8:28 adresses that topic so well, it says, "All things work together for good, to those who love God, to those who are called according to His pourpose." It is such an encouragement to know that God is faithful to work things to my good no matter what. We have such a good God. I hope you all have an amazing day. God bless, Taylor | | |
| Turn your ear To Heaven and hear The noise inside The sound of angels The sound of angel¡¯s songs And all this for a King We could join and sing "All to Christ the King!"
How constant How divine This song of ours will rise Oh, how constant How divine This love of ours will rise Will rise...
Turn your gaze To Heaven and raise A joyous noise Oh, the sound of salvation come The sound of rescued ones And all this for a king Angles join to sing "All for Christ the King!"
O praise Him! O praise Him! He is Holy! He is Holy, yeah!

| So I have been reading Humility by Andrew Murray and it is probably one of the most practical and easily applied books I have ever read. One other thing that is soo cool is the message in the book coinsides with Brent's message this past Sunday and Joe's messages at M28. All of these things are talking about putting off of self and putting on God. To view yourself as lowly and view God and others as higher than you. I forget who said this, I think it may have been Joe, but its soo true that I am the greatest sinner I know because I know each and every time I sin. So just studying a life of selflessness is not only humbling but very fruit bearing. I cannot stress enough how much you all should come to the Voice concer on November 10th. Its also a coffee house (I think they made it that way so that it would draw the ladies ), and if you are not too fond of Rap then you get to hear Chris Flanagan, JB, Greg Ross, and myself open for Voice. So if all possible... get off of work, and bring every1 you know | | |
